Refund policy
You pay a small booking advance to confirm your driver. It is part of the fare, not an extra charge. The rest of the fare is paid in cash to the driver.
- Airport transfers and day hire
- PKR 1,000
- Intercity trips and tours
- PKR 2,500
Cancelling
- Cancel 4 hours or more before pickup and the advance is refunded in full.
- Cancel later than that and the advance is not refunded.
- The refund goes back to the Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or bank account you paid from.

Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference, or call 0332 4218819. You can also check your booking status on the tracking page.
Basil Tourism is responsible for the booking: connecting verified drivers with verified passengers. The trip itself is between you and the driver.
